Technical Writing Intern

Job Summary -

As a Technical Writer Intern, you will work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Leadership teams to create clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation. You will help translate complex technical concepts into content that delivers real business value and enhances the user experience.

This role offers hands-on exposure to product documentation, knowledge management, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced product environment.

Primary Accountabilities -

Assist in creating and maintaining high-quality technical documentation including user guides, FAQs, release notes, and knowledge base articles.
Simplify complex technical concepts into clear and engaging content for diverse audiences.
Edit and proofread content to ensure consistency, clarity, and adherence to style guidelines.
