Perform detailed failure analysis (FA) on semiconductor devices (ADI’s products) from internal and external customer requests that meet ADI's failure analysis cycle time and quality commitments.
Perform daily work on the Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and FA equipment in aligned cycle time.
Work closely with FA engineers in collecting and analyzing data.
