Role Description

General Summary
Responsible for implementing the Continuous Process Improvement Initiative within the Business Unit. Working within Department to identify opportunities for improvement such as Breakthrough and Point Kaizen, Standard Work ,5S etc. providing help with leadership, and direct support. will be responsible to directly implement and practice the lean tools on the shop floor and support in deployment of Lean Maturity Roadmap.
Duties and responsibilities 
Drives continuous improvement culture that fosters daily improvement involving all team members. 

Support and execute the lean maturity Roadmap deployment plan for the department.

Collaborates with leader to execute Gemba walk

Will be responsible to track and implement Point Kaizen Program within department. 

Will be responsible for maintaining and deployment of the standard work within the department
