• Carrying out preventive maintenance and minor cosmetic repairs
• Responsible for the careful handling of hotel equipment and machinery
• Ensuring smooth operation and performing repairs as required on all technical systems, such as heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), as well as plumbing and electrical systems
• Close cooperation with and supervision of external contractors
• Support and management of projects
• Conducting safety inspections and site walkthroughs
• Taking on on-call duty shifts
• Participation in daily operational team briefings
• Respectful and appreciative collaboration within the team
