TECHNICIAN, VIBRATION TEST - 2ND SHIFT

Job Summary:

The Vibration Test Technician will assist in setting up, conducting, and documenting vibration testing for Valcor Space products. Collaborating with Engineers, they’ll assist in designing fixturing, integrating new products, perform vibration testing, and report results to verify product quality in a fast-paced production lab environment.

Duties/Responsibilities:

+ Operate Electrodynamic Vibration systems as well as pneumatic systems to test the manufacture quality and overall dynamic response of valves, valve systems, and components.

+ Use basic hand tools to set up and run vibration and pneumatic testing of Valcor Space hardware.

+ Read and interpret technical documentation, such as procedures, drawing, and process travelers, appropriately.

+ Ensure test software is properly programmed to meet test requirements.
