Technologist Electronic Methods - Evening

Role

Junior level technologist in the Electronic Production group. Responsible for suggesting procedures related to production and supporting the Manufacturing department during the assembly phase, under supervision of senior technologists.

Tasks

• Suggest assembly procedures for electronic components of simple complexity.
• Write Routing Slips according to the approved processes in effect for the assemblies/parts under control.
• Transfer Routing Slips into work orders and track them during production.
• Ensure traceability is captured in the work order during the production phase.
• Maintain production schedule by identifying variances and proposing contingency plans.
• Assist assemblers by performing detailed reviews during production (production milestones, final verification).
• Integrate non-conformance rework procedures (NCR, DIN, SNAG, DR, TNR, ECN) into work orders and follow up as required. ...
