Job Title: Technology Architect - Intermediate

Location: Remote (Primary) / Peterborough, Ontario

Security Clearance: OPP Level 4

Description / Responsibilities / Skills

Must Have

• 8+ years of experience with P25 radio technology design and/or support (preferably Motorola environment)
• 5+ years in a supervisory role managing or administering a P25 radio network
• Hands-on experience with encryption equipment such as KMF, KMF workstation and KVL
• Experience using Motorola ZoneWatch, Provisioning Manager (PM), and Unified Event Manager (UEM) or similar tools
• Experience producing reports related to LMRN usage and operations
• Demonstrated project management and organizational skills
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to organize, schedule, delegate and review work
