Technology Rental Operations Manager

Major Job Functions

• Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external rental inquiries.
• Coordinate and monitor rental fleet implementation, maintenance, and readiness activities across branches and facilities.
• Prepare and manage work requests, service cases, budgets, and schedules ensuring alignment with quoted work.
• Track and manage Technology Minestar Hardware location, movement, additions, and disposals.
• Maintain accurate Technology Minestar Hardware records, maintenance documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Identify and elevate Technology Minestar Hardware reliability or cost risks discovered through service history or repair analysis.
