Role Description

The opportunity
Service delivery manager to manage end to end operations of support engagement. Minimum experience level of 16-20 years.
Your key responsibilities
Service delivery Lead who has the prior experience to manage support projects.

Manage resources who needs to support on different shifts and on call coverage as per contract needs.

Experience in maintenance and support, maintenance, configuration, testing, integration, and deployment.

Should be able to manage the key SLA’s and KPI’s for the successful execution of project.
Skills and attributes for success
Should have understanding and experience of software development best practices.

Excellent business communication skills

Excellent leadership skills

Prior Client facing experience

Experience with tools like Service-now, JIRA, soap-ui, eclipse IDE, SVN, Jenkins.
