Role Description

The opportunity
We are looking for a skilled Cloud DevOps Engineer with expertise in both AWS and Azure platforms. This role is responsible for end-to-end DevOps support, infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipeline troubleshooting, and incident resolution across cloud environments. The role will handle escalations, lead root cause analysis, and collaborate with engineering and infrastructure teams to deliver high-availability services. You will also contribute to enhancing runbooks, SOPs, and mentoring junior engineers
Your key responsibilities
 Act as a primary escalation point for DevOps-related and infrastructure-related incidents across AWS and Azure.

 Provide troubleshooting support for CI/CD pipeline issues, infrastructure provisioning, and automation failures.

 Support containerized application environments using Kubernetes (EKS/AKS), Docker, and Helm.
