• Minimum 2 years experience in voice Telecom ISP repair and troubleshooting
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, LAN/WAN concepts
• Knowledge of broadband, fiber, modem, router, and ONT devices
• Ability to interpret diagnostic tools, alarms, and line parameters
