Telecommunication Technology Engineer

Converge ICT is looking for a highly skilled Telecom Engineer to help design, implement, and maintain its growing fiber optic and broadband infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient deployment, optimization, and maintenance of telecom networks that deliver high-speed internet and data services to customers nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement fiber optic and broadband access networks (FTTH, GPON, etc.)
• Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies for new network deployments
• Manage and supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of telecom equipment and lines
• Perform troubleshooting, fault analysis, and restoration of telecom services
• Optimize network performance through regular monitoring and upgrades
