Telephony Engineer

Responsible for handling telephony and mobility systems of the Bank. Technical support for Telephone related concerns. Technical support for mobility related concerns. Analyzes financial impact and operational expenses for Telephony and Mobility infrastructure of the Bank. Coordination to Telco for related Telephony and Mobility concerns. Oversees Telephony infrastructure.

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• Has knowledge and background on call flow development;
• Applications: Microsoft, WebSphere, Eclipse, NetBeans, Postman, Aspect, Twilio, Cisco, Cloud PABX, Zoom Phone or any contact center platform;
• Has knowledge on API integrations and development;
• Has extensive knowledge on Telephony Infrastructure and integrations;
• Willing to be assigned in Ortigas (fully onsite)
