Role Description

Commissionaires BC is currently looking for an experienced second in command to work Temporary Full Time at a Government of Canada Public Safety site. 
Rotation: Monday - Friday, 1430 - 2230 (End Date: April 19, 2026)
Payrate: $28.50/hour
Some of your responsibilities include:
Support with all clerical and administrative requirements for the Site
Liaise regularly with the client and/or other applicable staff to ensure site operations remain current
Assist/support site supervisor with site shift scheduling
Ensure that all applicable reports, operational reports and time sheets are submitted in a timely fashion
Ensure that the Site Risk Assessments and Site Safety Check Lists are current and amendments forwarded to Commissionaires BC accordingly
Ensure that the Site Post Orders are current at all times and that all site Commissionaires have read the Post Orders and any related amendments
