Tendering Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Tendering Engineer to support our directors in producing high-quality proposals across all business verticals. This is a key role in shaping our success pipeline combining technical expertise, commercial awareness, and excellent communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in PLC/SCADA control systems , exposure to M&E installations , and a proven track record in producing tenders for engineering projects. You will help develop our tendering processes, prepare professional submissions, and support the wider sales function.

Tender Production & Management

• Monitor tender portals and input opportunities into the CRM.
• Produce tenders for minor projects, including:
  • Compiling accurate costs
  • Developing tender programmes
  • Producing final commercial and technical proposals
