Test Automation Engineer - Playwright and Node.js (Old Toronto)

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Test Engineer to join our client's dynamic development team with skills such as playwright and node.js. This is a full time permanent hybrid position based in Toronto, ON. Responsibilities

Identify test cases applicable to user stories. Plan, Build, Execute and maintain automated E2E and API tests using Node.js and Playwright. Update regression test to meet new requirements. Take ownership of tasks such as CI/CD updates and other AWS DevOps work. Work closely with developers and business owners to define testing needs. Make sure there is enough coverage, consistency and scalability on test runs. Perform reviews and ensure the quality of the team’s work. Participate and contribute on all team activities such as Sprint Planning, Sprint Execution, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective. Qualifications
