Test Automation Lead – API & CI/CD Frameworks

Fincons Group is seeking an experienced Test Automation Manager in Lugano, Switzerland. You will enhance the test automation strategy, mentor the testing team, and lead the implementation of automated test frameworks.

The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in backend test automation in Java, strong knowledge of API testing tools, and is fluent in English and Italian. Relocation to Canton Ticino is required, with potential for work-from-home days.
