Test Development Engineer

**Objective**
Develop the required Software, Hardware, and Custom Items to test Electrical/Electronic Products according to customer requirements.
Support the Test Development Leader in generating accurate Test Solution Quotes, completing Test Strategy Assessments, and ensuring alignment with the full Test Development Life Cycle.
**Responsibilities**
- Support the Test Development Leader in executing the overall test strategy
- Collaborate with peers and engineers to determine optimal test solutions
- Promote documentation and process standardization throughout the test development cycle
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers and suppliers
- Develop and implement improvement plans for existing products and systems
- Drive acquisition of tools, equipment, and spare parts for test systems
