**Job Description**

+ Develop, debug and release test equipements for electronic products manufactured in the location.
+ Ensure a detailed and realistic plan is provided according to the project schedule and in-time delivery of committed deliverables.
+ Report the project status on timing, quality and risk to Group Leader.
+ Continuous improvement for productivity improvement, work methods, 5S, ergonomics, procedures, etc.
+ Support team leader define standardization of TE team.
+ Ensure testplan is matching with the Product Test Specification.
+ Follow procedures on equipment procurement and implementation of engineering changes.
+ Provide trouble shooting service to manufacturing on products and test equipements if support needed.
+ Using factory data to implement AI related applications in IE department.
