Role Description

 Plan and implement test systems as needed for new product introductions
 Support, maintain, and improve/re-design test systems throughout the factory
 Maintain factory uptime through day-to-day problem solving, with the ability to prioritize and re-prioritize tasks autonomously
 Drive internal and external quality improvements using root cause analysis and countermeasures
 Advise design engineering of existing production capabilities, equipment, facilities, and standard practices to contribute to the development of new designs 
 Troubleshoot and maintain electrical I/O communication boards for various stations
 Coordinate design changes for existing stations as per product requirements
 Validate test stations using software and hardware
 Provide technical assistances for hardware and software debugging
 Review test results and analyze test data from database and improve yields
