Test Engineering Manager

The Role:

The Test Engineering Manager is responsible for planning, directing and monitoring Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) to strategically bridge the gap between NPD/Industrialization Team, Manufacturing Engineering and Equipment reliability. This role mainly focuses on optimizing Test processes, improving Yield, and maximizing Production equipment uptime through Predictive and Autonomous Maintenance initiatives. Responsibility includes making sure production ATE’s are following Test Specifications set by Design Engineers, and all Testerrelated documentation is up to date.

Responsibility includes strong NI LabVIEW and Test Stand skills, which involve overseeing the strategic implementation of LabVIEW-based automation, ensuring technical proficiency within the team, and aligning automated test development with project milestones.
