Test Engineering Manager

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**

+ Lead, coach, and support a test engineering team, creating a positive, inclusive environment where people can do their best work and grow their careers.
+ Define and implement the overall test strategy and roadmap for products and solutions, aligning with business priorities and customer needs.
+ Oversee the planning, design, development, and execution of test systems, fixtures, and automated test solutions for hardware, software, and integrated systems.
