Job Description

We are seeking an experienced **Test Maintenance Engineer** to support and sustain **Final Test (FT)** operations in a high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environment. This role focuses on maintaining stable test performance, resolving production test issues, supporting equipment and hardware, and ensuring consistent product quality and manufacturing efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Sustain and maintain **FT ATE test programs** for mass production
+ Provide daily **production test support** to ensure stable test operations
+ Troubleshoot and resolve **test-related issues** including yield drops, tester alarms, and test escapes
+ Perform **test correlation, limit validation, and guard band verification**
+ Support **test hardware maintenance** (load boards, sockets, cables, probe interfaces)
