Job Description: preferably with 5 years experience. Key Responsibilities Test Strategy & Planning: Define and implement testing strategies, methodologies, and tools, including automation frameworks. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and coordinate testing efforts, allocating tasks to analysts. Execution & Monitoring: Oversee test execution, ensuring testing aligns with project requirements and timelines. Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects, conducting root cause analysis for issues. Stakeholder Reporting: Provide regular updates on testing progress, risks, and quality metrics to managers and clients. Required Skills and Qualifications Experience: Proven experience as a Test Lead or senior Test Analyst, often 3+ years.
