Hiring: Test Manager – Cards Collection & Core Banking

Location: Singapore (Onsite)

Experience: 10+ Years

We are looking for experienced Test Managers with strong Banking domain expertise in either Cards Collection or Core Banking projects.

🔹 End-to-end Test Management (SIT, UAT, Regression & Production Validation)

🔹 Strong experience in Banking Transformation / Migration Projects

🔹 Expertise in Test Planning, Test Strategy, Defect Management & Stakeholder Reporting

🔹 Hands-on experience managing large-scale testing teams across multiple workstreams

🔹 Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC and Agile delivery methodologies

🔹 Experience with test management tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, qTest or similar platforms

🔹 Ability to coordinate with Business, Technology, Vendors and Regional Stakeholders
