Testing Engineer

**Overview**

Element is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated **Test Engineer** to join the Dynamics department which focuses on fatigue and fracture mechanics. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about engineering and problem-solving while ensuring the highest quality standards in products and systems. Comprehensive test plans will be developed and implemented, culminating in full reporting with interpretation of results. This also includes collaboration with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement.

Salary: $75,000- $90,000/yr DOE
