Responsibilities

• Own the complete transformation of conductive filaments into finished heating fabrics.
• Lead woven fabric design using rapier looms, including electrode yarn integration and defining heating filament density/patterns such as variable-density zebra designs.
• Execute post-treatment processes including heat setting, impregnation, and coating.
• Manage lamination processes using TPU film, CoPES web, and CoPA adhesives via calendaring and hot press.
• Organize and manage weaving and lamination trials at partner sites across NL, IT, BE, and FR.
