Commission based (40%)

Assess: Conduct initial consultations to gather information about patients

Diagnose: Identify mental health disorders and emotional and psychological problems

Treat: Create individualized treatment plans and provide counseling, psychotherapy, and exercises

Advise: Provide advice on confidence building, career development, relationships, and more

Refer: Provide referrals for additional care or services when needed

Intervene: Provide crisis intervention and emergency care techniques when patients are in crisis

Record: Maintain detailed confidential records
