Thermal Spray Operator

We are seeking a skilled Thermal Spray Operator to join our coatings team. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience operating HVOF (High Velocity Oxygen Fuel) systems and be responsible for preparing surfaces applying coatings and ensuring quality standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare workpieces through masking cleaning and grit blasting.
• Set up and operate HVOF thermal spray systems based on job specifications.
• Monitor and adjust process parameters including temperature spray distance and rate.
• Conduct inspections for coating adhesion coverage and thickness using precision tools.
• Adhere strictly to safety procedures including PPE usage and ventilation compliance.
• Perform minor troubleshooting and scheduled maintenance on spray equipment.
