Role Description

Job Description
Key Target：
Ensure maintenance and continuous improvement of the quality of finished products with special focus on Tire Uniformity, Imbalance and Geometry.
Main Tasks：
1. TU, TG and DB data base maintenance
Ensure correct uniformity, balance and geometry limits are used during testing according to QM Central and OEM requirements.
Ensure control tires are produced, tested, analyzed and actions are taken as necessary.
Assure appropriate frequency and quality of vector separation (de-coupling) and optimization.
2. Tyre uniformity and balance Improvement
Assure that routine uniformity technician audits are performed at the required frequency and appropriate actions are taken.
Direct yield improvement activities by monitoring daily TU/DB yields and trends. 
 Initiate trouble shoot actions in case of major uniformity issues. Oversee corrective actions.
