Title Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Title Search Analyst with expertise in the U.S. mortgage domain, Current Owner & Full Search. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive title searches, identifying, and resolving title defects, and ensuring the accuracy of property records. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of title search processes, U.S. property laws, and title insurance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed title searches for real estate transactions, identifying property ownership, easements, liens, encumbrances, and any outstanding legal issues.
• Review and analyse property deeds, mortgages, tax liens, judgments, and other legal documentation.
• Identify and resolve title defects or issues, working closely with underwriters, title agents, and attorneys.
