YOUR ROLE
In your daily job you will:
Analyze CAD data, 2D drawings, 3D Models of products as the same as customer specifications to define product moldability & manufacturability
Identify risks related to geometry, wall thickness, draft, undercuts, and tolerances
Recommend design changes to improve quality, tooling feasibility, and cost
Participate in design reviews with Product Engineering teams
Analyze gate location, runner balance, cooling efficiency, and venting
Participate in Mold Flow reviews to predict potential defects and consider those ...
