Role Description

Your Contribution
Lead daily production on injection molding lines to meet OEE, scrap, downtime and delivery targets.

Coordinate with the Project team for new mold launches, industrialization and trials.

Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of molds; plan and follow up spare parts.

Drive SMED/quick mold change improvements to stabilize processes.

Prepare and manage CAPEX requests, including mold, press, and injection robot systems; support supplier selection and purchasing processes.

Participate in global project trials (FAT/SAT) and share best practices.

Collaborate with Purchasing for project quotations and tooling procurement.

Guarantee compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.

Lead workforce allocation, shift planning, leave management, and coaching.
