Tooling Engineer

Main Responsibilities
Debugging of progressive & molding tools
Regularly participate in stamping & molding die design reviews, assist in the comprehensive evaluation of process and tooling design concepts
Technical Problems Solving in Production and Providing Technical Support
Assist the Cross-Functional Team (CFT) in communicating and discussing drawings and process documents with sister companies or customers
Supervise the design and processing implementation of customer's small-batch sample production
Knowledge of 5S and safety norms
Team working skills and Ability to work in a diverse and dynamic environment
Improving tooling skill of self as well as team
Conduct first piece inspection, record data and confirm before production start-up
Maintaining the safety norms at the shopfloor
Involving in Improvement activities
Carrying-out the documentation work
Carrying-out set-up and tool maintenance activities
