Tooling Engineer

**Job Description Summary**
The Tooling Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining tools, fixtures, jigs, and related equipment that support our manufacturing and assembly operations. This role ensures that tooling enables safe, high-quality, repeatable, and cost-effective production, and provides direct technical support to the shop floor.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

+ **Design and develop tooling:** Design and validate tools, jigs, fixtures, gauges, and dies to support new and existing products. Create detailed 3D models and 2D drawings using CAD tools.
+ **Support manufacturing operations:** Analyze production processes and identify tooling improvements to enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Troubleshoot tooling-related issues on the shop floor and implement corrective actions.
