Barrick is seeking a highly detail-oriented, analytical, and driven Total Rewards Analyst to join our Global Rewards team. Reporting to the Manager, Total Rewards, this role plays a key part in the administration and continuous enhancement of our global compensation, equity, and benefits programs.

What You’ll Do
Global Equity Administration
Manage global equity compensation programs using Morgan Stanley at Work (Shareworks)
Administer employee accounts and long-term incentive (LTI) grants
Coordinate employee share plan enrollments, purchases, sales, and dividend distributions
Serve as a point of contact for equity-related inquiries
