Overview

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Total Rewards Analyst to support the effective administration of benefits, pension & compensation programs across Canada and will collaborate with insurers, providers and advisors to ensure competitive and compliant programs, and timely execution of services in alignment with company standards.

Your role

To successfully fulfill this role, the Total Rewards Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

• Participate in the administration of our Total Rewards programs (benefits, recognition, pension and compensation programs)
• Serve as a point of contact for Total Rewards related queries; research and resolve issues stemming from employees, Human Resources (HR) teams and payroll teams which could not be addressed through our internal and providers’ call centers
