Position Overview:

Position Title: Resource - Manager Compensation & Benefit

Location: Chennai - Royal Enfield Global Headquarters

Key Responsibilities

• Annual Appraisals: Lead the workings, review, and finalization of annual salary appraisals for Staff, Executives, and Trainees.
• Benchmarking & Market Analysis: Participate in salary surveys (Korn Ferry, SIAM Deloitte) and analyze market data to ensure external competitiveness.
• Global Mobility: Review expat contracts (Brazil, Thailand, US) and design salary fitments for movements outside India.
• Offer Management: Evaluate and approve CTC offerings from a costing perspective, highlighting outlier cases to management.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure all C&B practices comply with labor laws, pay equity, and human rights standards.
