Tour Guide Supervisor

Hours: 30–40 hours/week. Wage: $20.00–$22.00 per hour. Start Date: As soon as possible.

Job Summary

Responsible for supervising tour guides, coordinating daily operations, and ensuring high-quality guest experiences in a fast-paced tourism environment.

Main Duties

• Supervise and coordinate tour guides and staff
• Train, coach, and evaluate employees
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
• Coordinate scheduling and logistics
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure satisfaction
• Participate in tours when required
• Report operational updates to management

Employment Requirements

• Secondary school required
• 1–2 years experience in tourism or hospitality
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
