Are you keen to step into a hands-on role where every day is different? AWF is looking for motivated Traffic Controllers to join our team and work on major roading and infrastructure projects across the Wellington region.

As a Traffic Controller, you'll help keep worksites safe and traffic moving smoothly by operating Temporary Traffic Management (TTM) equipment alongside experienced crews.

No Experience? No Problem - We'll Train You!

If you're not yet qualified, we've got you covered. Successful applicants receive a FREE TTM training course, giving you everything you need to kickstart your Traffic Management career. We'll support you to gain additional qualifications and move up the ranks.
