As a trainee Technical Manager, you will provide specialised technical support, oversight and knowledge to your allocated claims team. Utilising your technical knowledge, you will interpret and apply legislation to make claims decisions, liaise with legal parties relating to claims disputes, and provide technical reviews to complex claims management strategies.
