Responsibilities

• Needs Analysis: Plan and conduct diagnostics for client engagements, and prepare insight-rich final reports.
• Program Design: Research and create fresh, relevant content and experiential learning activities tailored to client needs.
• Material Development: Craft high-impact training materials — from workbooks and structured exercises to case studies and presentation decks.
