Role Description

About the role: 
We are currently seeking a Training Coordinator at our Metropolitan Mine. Our Metropolitan mine is an underground coal mining operation located 30 kilometers north of Wollongong in Helensburgh, NSW producing metallurgical coking coal for export and domestic customers.
Reporting to the Manager - Health, Safety and training, the scope of your role will be to maintain training requirements across the site, require the capacity for high end administration and organization.
Duties will include:
Maintain the onsite training database ensuring accuracy, quality and standardise the training database to ensure its transportability across the business
Ensure the OSTE System is reliable and functional in both the site access requirements and contractor management processes
Maintain a Site Training Calendar
