Role Description

Learning Technology Specialist (SuccessFactors LMS / SAP Enable Now)

Role and Responsibilities

  • Execute day-to-day LMS administration in SuccessFactors (course setup, assignments, user management, reporting)

  • Build and maintain training schedules in partnership with site-based training managers (manufacturing & distribution)

  • Upload and manage training content within the LMS

  • Support SAP Enable Now administration, including content updates and issue resolution

  • Help troubleshoot LMS and digital adoption tool issues as they arise

  • Support scaling of existing LMS processes

  • Assist with new LMS functionality and assessments

  • Provide support for AI-enabled solutions (, end-user support agent tied to training materials)

  • Track training completion and ensure data accuracy

  • Coordinate across stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of training deployment
