Training Developer

**MANTECH** seeks a motivated and adaptable **Training Developer** to join our team in **Oahu, Hawaii.**

This role focuses on delivering dynamic, mission-ready training programs in support of logistics, sustainment, and operational readiness efforts while preparing personnel to operate effectively across the full spectrum of expeditionary environments.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**

+ Develop and deliver classroom, on-the-job, and distance learning training in support of logistics and sustainment operations.
+ Create comprehensive training documentation including manuals, demonstrations, and mission simulations aligned to evolving operational scenarios.
+ Configure and manage training platforms that enable realistic replication of operational systems and scenarios.
