Training Developer/Instructor

Amentum is seeking a Training Developer/Instructor to support our U.S. Department of Energy and Counterintelligence (DOE-IN) contract. Positions will be based in the Washington, D.C area.

Essential Responsibilities:

+ Develop and instruct training modules and courses on CI tradecraft, threats from foreign adversaries, and leadership development.
+ Deliver training modules and courses to groups of varying size and composition, both in person and in virtual environments.
+ Assist members of the directorate with coordinating and scheduling attendance at external training courses and events.
+ Analyze data and conduct studies to determine immediate and long-range training needs and priorities.
+ Assess the training program's effectiveness by analyzing requirements, monitoring customer feedback, and evaluating learning outcomes to ensure organizational goals are met and to drive quality improvement.
