This position reports to: Training Coordinator __ Your Role And Responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop the training process, implementing technical training and ensures the necessary skills for the employees. The work model for the role is: #L-onsite This role is contributing to the Electrification Team in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon. Main stakeholders are internal employees, department managers, HR, subject matter experts and operations teams, all collaborating to develop and implement effective technical training programs. You will be mainly accountable for: Develop Promotion Systems as: Evaluations creation (theoretical and practical) and Evaluations application (practical).
