Role Description
Summary You will serve as a TRAINING INSTRUCTOR in the Production Resources Department (Code 900), Production Workforce Development and Resource Manager (Code 9008), Consolidated Training Division (900T), Apprentice/Helper to Worker Training Branch (Code 900T3) of NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD. Responsibilities You will modify teaching approach for deficiencies of specific individuals. You will develop training schedules. You will prepare lesson plans and training materials based on course objectives. You will conduct the training and assesses progress of students in meeting desired objectives, including advising and assisting them to improve their performance. You will keep abreast of changing administrative and technical requirements. You will maintain training records and develop training reports.
