Training Manager

Salary: AED 22,000

A leading diverse fashion retailer, with operations in the GCC is currently looking for a Training Manager . Reporting directly to the country HR Director, the Training Manager will be responsible for analysing, developing and delivering training programmes across the group's various brands.

This is a very exciting opportunity to head up a new department and develop a successful team of trainers.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Must have been in a similar training management role for 3 years.
2. Must come from a retail background.
3. Must have managed a new Training Department.
4. Must be fluent in Arabic.
5. Must be experienced in the entire process of Training, not just delivery. Proven results in analysis, evaluation, development, and delivery are required.
6. Must be in the UAE or GCC.
