Role Description

 CBD Location - Hybrid Working Arrangement
 Government Department - Initial 12-month contract
 Work across training for an Oracle ERP Implementation
 The IT Training Specialist will be responsible for training and supporting the internal team on the transition of the Oracle ERP implementation.
   You will be responsible for 
 Assist in the creation and implementation of all training programs
 Create, edit, video and training material using Articulate 360
 Scheduling/facilitation of training courses, workshops, roadshow logistics: room bookings, catering, preparation, and distribution of materials, setting up classrooms etc.
 Manage participant communications as required
  You will have 
 Strong experience as a Trainer delivering ICT end user training
 Developing instructional training material and aids, including Quick Reference Guides, online tutorials
